At Gainz Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results for our clients. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we manage service delivery for the marketing and web development services purchased through our website.
Upon successful payment, a project manager will reach out within 1–2 business days to begin onboarding. Most services, such as website design, SEO optimization, or ad campaign setup, follow a defined timeline agreed upon during the onboarding phase. Delivery times vary based on project scope but are clearly communicated and approved by the client in advance.
Marketing & Consulting Warranty: Our Marketing & Consulting Services come with a warranty that covers any expenses directly resulting from our services that exceed the revenue generated or costs saved from our services within the agreed valuation period. This timeframe is determined on a per-client basis and depends on the client’s business model and operating cycle. Specific terms are outlined in the client agreement.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any advertising spend or third-party vendor expenses. These costs are non-refundable and are paid directly to third parties as part of the execution of marketing services.
Project progress is communicated through email and scheduled check-in meetings. Clients are entitled to a defined number of revision rounds, as detailed in their individual service agreements or packages. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
Timely delivery depends on the client’s responsiveness in providing requested content, feedback, and approvals. Any delays in communication or missing deliverables from the client side may result in adjusted timelines.
Once all project components are completed and approved, final deliverables (such as live websites, marketing materials, or campaign setups) will be handed over. Hosting and domain transfers, if applicable, will also be facilitated at this stage.
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, delivered website designs, logos, branding assets, or any other completed digital products.
That said, client satisfaction is extremely important to us. We work extensively with every client to ensure the final product meets or exceeds expectations through collaborative feedback, clear revision processes, and direct communication at every stage.
